High-grade coal is washed and treated to reduce impurities, ensuring better fuel efficiency and cleaner operations.
The washed coal is utilized in the DRI plant to produce sponge iron, a key raw material for steelmaking.
Waste gases and dust air from the DRI process are harnessed to generate captive power, making the process energy-efficient and sustainable.
The sponge iron is melted in the furnace along with scrap and other additives to form high-quality molten steel.
The molten steel is cast through the CCM into billets, ensuring uniform shape, strength, and durability.
Precision billet manufacturing ensures the perfect base material for the next stage of processing.
The billets undergo a 16-stage rolling process where they are gradually shaped, reduced, and strengthened to achieve the desired specifications.
In the final stage, advanced rolling and quenching technology is used to manufacture TMT bars (Saria) with superior strength, flexibility, and durability for modern construction needs.
